This workout is wonderful for those who know a thing or two about ballet. I had not practiced ballet for many years until I bought this video. My past knowledge helped to follow along, but it is easy enough to follow without a background in ballet. I feel so great every time after I work out...and not sweaty!!! The stretches are the best. My flexibility has improved tremendously. I'm back to doing splits and bows and arrows!!!

this workout is great!! I have danced for 6 years and the video is still helping me with my form. This video is great for anyone you wants to have lean and not bulky muscles but you also have to do cardio to loose that fat around your belly

I just wanted to tone up after having my baby in 2003 and ran into the NYCB Workout in a local store. Picked it up and have done it every day since. I've also purchased the second workout and love it equally. I have lost 12 pounds and several inches. My muscles are toned and I am very flexible. This is a wonderful workout.
