Okay Production, But The Guy Playing Fredrick was Too Old For The Part!

This is a filmed version of a stage production of The Pirates of Penzance in which Peter Allen starred as The Pirate King and his performance is a bit over the top in a campy style but not bad. My only compliant is the fact the the actor/singer playing Fredrick was way to old to be playing a character who is 21 years old. The acting/singing of Peter Allen as The Pirate King and the person who played Mabel are okay but the best performances are from the cast members who played Ruth, The Major General and Mabel's sisters.
