    25 YEARS OLD NOW

This movie is fun from beginning to end. 87 minutes of 80's angst and small town living. The story is somewhat preposterous but we have seen that Reeves is often on board for that. It's filmed in get this...Pennsylvania, western Pennsylvania and what you see is real. Amy Madigan and Bonnie Bedelia got noms for Indie Spirit awards but it was really Keanu's movie. The cinematographers were smart enough to get a lot of close ups of him in all his pre belly scar youthfulness. There is a very sensually sloppy kissing scene with Madigan and Reeves that is second to none. Of course it is Reeves character that makes everything right with his very indirectly good intentions. I love this movie and I watch it often.
