    Excellent Trilogy

Although a little expensive, this is a great buy for any Toshiro Mifune fan. In short, the dvd quality is great, the story is great, and the acting is phenomenal.

Fans of samurai themes and japanese culture will love these movies.

A touching and heartfelt story about a man's journey for meaning and love in his life. There is a lot of action but it takes a backseat to the story. Themes of love, devotion, and honor are the main focus of these movies. I think it would appeal to all serious movie buffs.
