Alittle tale from the heart of Stephen King country, this one going around the subject of aliens amoung us. A young writer, Bobbi Anderson, discovers a buried space craft in the woods that cover her land. And within it still lives some kind of life. A life which is starting to go outside the earth locked ship and into the small town of Haven, Maine. It gives the locals powers which no person should have, trapping the people in Haven, and making the town a death trap to outsiders. Now Bobbi's drunken poet friend is the only person who can (through the help of a metal plate in his head) with stand the mysterious forces of the Tommykonckers!

TommyKnockers is probably the worst adaptation of a Stephen King novel i have ever seen. It had a very dull mood to it, but perhaps due to the made for t.v. aura. It wasnt a terrible movie, it just isnt as good as other adaptations of a Stephen King novel such as The Stand, It, Pet Cemetary, cujo, The Dark Half and Dreamcatcher.
