    These DVD's Cost More Than the Price of the DVD's

    Mann did not advertise that so much equipment is required to get a good workout. If I were to buy all the equipment in the DVD's I would spend approx $500.00. That is ridiculous. If you like an advanced workout but don't have the equipment you will find this DVD very frustrating.

    Your Ultimate Workout

    You design your own ultimate workout. Try a different routine everyday, or find THE perfect routine for yourself. Great motivation from Sharon Mann. It's like having Sharon as your personal trainer in your own home. Excellent!

    Keeps my interest!

    Although the workouts aren't ''exciting'' appearing and you are required to have a lot of different props, I REALLY enjoy this DVD. You have the choice of deciding on four warm-ups, eight first work outs, eight second work outs (different than the firsts), and then four cool downs. If you don't have the right props, the instructor gives hints for alternatives to use instead. There is always at least one person doing a modified down version of the workout and another doing a higher intensity workout at the same time so you can choose how intense you want to work. I enjoyed this one so much, I am on here to try out the other two Mann work DVDs.
