There Goes My Baby kicks major butt.

I really liked this movie. It was a sad movie to see what happen to all the kids back in the 60's. Is this based on true events cause it said in the movie that there is a book writen about it and I would love to buy the book if it is.

There Goes My Baby truly a Coooool movie.

Since I myself graduated from High School in the 60's I can relate to this excellent movie that really told it how it was being a teenager then and the pressures put upon us then. Was this a true story since it said a book was written. Can you give me the authors name? I would like to purchase it. The acting was great. The music brought me back to those great times.
