Legendary Three's Company star John Ritter may be gone, but the spirit of Jack Tripper lives on in this feature-packed Anchor Bay release. Each episode is presented as originally aired in 1.33:1 full-frame and is accompanied by a closed-captioned English Dolby Digital Mono audio mix. If fans felt somewhat let down by the lack of extras on the season one release, the abundant amount of supplemental materials provided here should more than make up for any past disappointment. Beginning with the inclusion of the never-before-seen pilot episode shot before Joyce DeWitt and Suzanne Somers were cast, viewers can get a feel for what might have been if things hadn't turned out the way they did. A featurette entitled "John Ritter: Always Leave Them Laughing" offers a loving tribute to the pre-maturely deceased star, and after getting a chuckle or two out of the blooper reel, Ritter fans will find that the memories keep rolling in with "Eight Years of Laughter," which offers some of the star's funniest Three's Company moments. If you're a fan of Janet, Chrissy, or the Ropers you'll certainly get a kick out of the excerpts of their finest moments from season two. Rounding out the exhaustive extras are a trivia game, a memorabilia gallery, a still gallery, and talent files.

    Three's Company is great

Already got the season 1 and 2 on DVD. I hope they take it past Three's company on the set and add Three's crowed as well :) I would even like to get the Ropers Tv show if they ever put it on DVD also. I believe the Ropers show went a few seasons and just never got off the ground, but would buy it in a heartbeat if they ever put it out. I don't see the Ropers show going on DVD though, for the simple fact John Ritter isn't in it. If John Ritter would have not passed away, I am sure this Three's Company set wouldn't be made right now. I see the Ropers show being made someday though.

I love Three's Company all my life, and ....

I have always tried to catch up with the night schedule for the reruns on TV every time I travel to the state for visits and even on a short trip. I am very excited that I have already got both Season 1 and 2. I am hoping to get all the others in DVD's from Season 3 to 3's A Crowd. Watching the series has always been fun, enjoyable, and relaxing throughout all these years from my teenage school years when I was living in the state to now in my 30's working in Hong kong. I love all the characters in there and for all these years they all have brought me laughter and joy for my good times and bad. I will never forget all of you, Chrissy, Janet, Mr. and Mrs. Ropper, Larry, and especially, Mr. John Ritter. From Ms. Chan, a forever fan of 3's Company

    Finally it's here!

Finally the second season is here! I love the whole entire show, and now that it is in the DVD format, all of you (and me!) can enjoy the best TV show of the 70's any time you want... without programming your VCR's and DVR's to record the stuff! Get ready to laugh, because there is no way you are just going to keep a straight face!!
