Per its title, this set brings together four feature-length action sagas dominated by tough characters and deadly arms. As directed by Jason Wiles, the 2009 Play Dead concerns Ronnie Reno (Chris Klein), a burnt-out TV star who gets entangled with murder and drug dealers, and attempts to outsmart his enemies by posing as a DEA agent. Jonathan Heap's 1997 Hostile Intent stars Rob Lowe as a renegade programmer who perfects anti-cyber-snooping software, raises the ire of some villains, and must fight for his life as bodies begin to accumulate. Addison Randall's 1989 Shotgun stars Stuart Chapin as Shotgun Jones, a thuggish cop who heads down to Mexico and wages a one-man war against an evil drug cartel. And finally, Ketzal Sterling's 2007 You Move You Die stars Sterling as Mike, a man whose engagement ring is stolen by hoods hours before he proposes to his girlfriend, Emma; enraged, he vows to hunt down those responsible and retrieve the ring.
