I am 5'7", 125 to 130 pounds and I like to exercise 6 days a week. I purchased this video 4 months after having my second child. This video is great. It gets my heart rate up. I sweat. I feel the burn. I saw changes in my body within 2 weeks. I like that I can customize the workouts. Some days I only want to do a lower body and ab workout. Some days I go for a run and pop the DVD in just to work out my arms. You do each move for one minute. The moves are easy to do, but the workout kicks my butt every time. I love it.

this workout was HARD, i was definitely sweating and felt like it was worthwhile.

This was more about instruction from her trainer and I expected more from her in terms of being able to do each routine completely instead of pooping out. Sometimes they talk over each other. But overall, it's a good workout.
