    Completely Broken-Hearted after watching this!!

I recently started watching this movie somewhere in the middle. Something came up and I had to leave without seeing the ending. I saw it long ago but wanted to see the whole thing so rented it from library. Being devoted to Robert Redford, I must say that I really liked his character in this movie... a little more quicker-paced than his 'Tom Booker' in The Horse Whisperer. As the movie went on, I got completely attached to and engrossed in both of the characters and in their love story. Upon seeing the ending, I was just sick! I cried and cried and cried!! I felt like it had happened to me... I walked around the next day mourning someone who didn't even exist! This is by far the SADDEST movie I have EVER seen! I like the rest of the movie but I'll probably never watch it again because of the ending. I can't take it. And I thought An Affair to Remember was sad! LOOK out!
