I have used the DVD 3 Days last week and seen results right away on the second level. I belong to weight watchers and to do a 20 minute video was 1 activity point. Now I'm doing it twice a day and fell great. It hits all your areas in your body . I have bought several DVD and Never found one enjoyable tell NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a great DVD to pick up if you are trying to get back in to doing exercising. The 1st workout is only 20 mins. but again if you are just trying to get back into a routine of doing exercise you will feel it with this workout. It is very easy to follow and not at a fast pace. I actually feel not only physically good after but mentally too!!!! It is well worth picking up!!!!

Finally, a person with whom I can work out that is like me! NOt a goddess, not a work-out junkie, just a bright, attractive woman working hard to make it work! This DVD is easy to follow and if you practice these easy exercises daily, you too will see dramatic results. I like the option of a twenty minute and forty minute workout. The in-home atmosphere on the DVD makes you comfortable knowing that you can do this in your living room, no special equipment needed. Way to go Valerie!

I like this video I just got done with the 40 min. Level 2 keeping fit Bikini ready workout then went into the Losing it: body basics 20 moin workout and finished up with the everyday Abs workout but I could not get the Bikini Abs sculpting one to work.
