Another entry in Big Idea's long-running morally-conscious Veggie Tales series, this animated program offers lessons on self-esteem and loving one's self. Veggie Tales: A Snoodle's Tale stars Bob The Tomato and teaches young viewers to understand that we are all beautiful despite what others might try to convince us. In addition, there is a short comedic segment based on Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde called Dr. Jiggle and Mr. Sly. Veggie Tales: A Snoodle's Tale features the silly song "Sport Utility Vehicle."

Enjoy a double helping of VeggieTales with this good-to-grow offering of two reassuring faith-based computer-animated stories that encourage positive self-worth. In "Dr. Jiggle & Mr. Sly," the dance-loving Dr. Jiggle feels to embarrassed to boogie, because he feels to blobby; but a little potion and -- presto, change-o -- he transforms into the hip-swinging sensation Mr. Sly. In the title story, the Veggies eschew their usual Python-esque stylings for a Seussian vibe, recounting the tale of the Snoodle Doo in whimsical verse. Poor Snoodle is literally weighed down by others' perceptions of him, as rendered in doodles. Both stories reinforce the nurturing lesson that you are "special just the way God made you." On a much sillier note, the song "Sports Utility Vehicle" is a real gas.
