    New and Exciting!!

    This one held my attention for the full hour. I loved Debbie's motivational coaching and encouagement. She didn't let me slack off as I usually tend to do when I'm following Leslie's work outs. The background was beautiful to watch and the movements were easy to follow. A real winner!!

    a great motivating workout

    love this DVD, Debbie keeps you motivated right on through The workouts are easy to follow but you sure work up a sweat! By the way the location is amazing and together with Debbie's soothing voice, takes the chore out of working out
