This video is ok. It's not the best quality video. I didn't really like how she would start doing one exercise inside then it would cut to the next move and she would be outside. I found it kind of distracting. The workout itself is ok.Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

This is my first DVD with Kristin McGee and I think she's a wonderful instructor. The 2 workouts are tough. Kristin mixes pilates with light cardio moves for a total body workout. She adds a little twist to make classic moves more challenging. For example, you'll lower one leg at a 45 degree angle while doing leg circles with the other. Flow 1 starts with 5 minutes of cardio moves (marches, plies, jumps) then you'll transition to the floor for 5 minutes. You'll repeat the cardio moves then go to the floor again for bridge work. Flow 2 was tougher for me. The cardio was a little more intense with pilates jumping jacks and sumo moves. You're on hands and knees for plank moves, table top, and pilates push ups. The DVD also has a separate warm up and stretch and a bonus ab workout and bonus preview of another DVD - Weight Loss Cardio Sculpt. The setting was nice and would move from indoors to outdoors on a patio. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
