    A great, rarely-seen spoof

A flick perfect for fans of KENTUCKY FRIED MOVIE and AMAZON WOMEN ON THE MOON, this is a truly funny spoof, with plenty of groans but a surprising amount of belly laughs too. Basically a series of sketches, with a long central piece about a family who moves out to the wilderness, called THE OUTDOORSTERS. The DVD also has some fun featurettes where the director Charles Kaufman is interviewed working at his current job, as a breadmaker; and is pestered while trying to sleep in, by his brother, TOXIC AVENGER director Lloyd Kaufman.
