Overview

When brothers and fellow FBI agents Marcus (Marlon Wayans) and Kevin Copeland (Shawn Wayans) accidentally ruin an otherwise painstakingly executed drug bust, getting back into the good graces of their boss becomes a high-priority assignment in itself. With this in mind, Marcus and Kevin take on a case far beneath their usual standards when they agree to escort socialite sisters Brittany (Maitland Ward) and Tiffany Wilton (Anne Dudek) from a private terminal at JFK Airport to their hotel room in the Hamptons. Once there, two considerably higher-ranking agents will take over the girls' protection. The extra security is no mere perk of wealth, however, as it appears that Brittany and Tiffany have been targeted by a serial kidnapper. The FBI hopes to apprehend the perpetrator by using the girls as bait, unbeknownst to them. The plan may have worked if it weren't for Kevin and Marcus, who manage to let the sisters in on the secret. Understandably, neither of them want any part in the process, so they force the brothers to come up with a radical solution: With the help of an FBI lab scientist, the very much African-American Kevin and Marcus will be transformed into two white women who could pass for Brittany and Tiffany. The agents must keep the charade up long enough to lure the kidnapper, but fooling everyone involved will be the job of their lives. Directed by Keenen Ivory Wayans, White Chicks also features James King and Lochlyn Munro.

    Best movie of 2004

This is one of the greatest movies I have ever seen. It is more than just a comedy. Even if it was just a comedy it would be one of the funniest movies of the last ten years. The movie excelled as a suspence thriller. The buildup to find the killers was probably equal to the suspense in the Hitchcock version of Psycho. I like to look at the movie as a genius satire of our times. The two socialites in the movie were obviously a take on the Olsen twins. Taken in that context the movie is stab at the nation's obsession with celebrities. The movie also gets you thinking about what would happen if our beloved celebrities were unjustly taken from us.

    more from this reviewer

    I Also Recommend:

    More Wayans Silliness

The Wayans brothers are masters of the comic spoof, with such titles as Scary Movie to their credit. This original script sticks to formula- bathroom humor, gratuitous cheesecake shots and plenty of sex jokes- while sneaking in an undercurrent of romantic comedy that men will tolerate and even enjoy.

The basic plot- two screwup FBI agents are sent to pick up two snotty society girls who may be kidnapping targets. They end having an auto accident that causes minor injury to the girls and hatch a plan to dress as them (head to toe) to find the criminals. One has to suspend reality here, as these guys make some pretty homely society girls, but overall the story line is believable and the subplots work well. Best moments for those of us who enjoy this type of movie are the visual gags and potty humor. Not the best of this genre but certainly entertaining escapism.

I really tried to like this movie!

I've watched this movie twice, just trying to like it, but I don't. The first time I feel asleep and the second I was just bored. If you like corny humor you'll love this movie, otherwise don't waste your time.

    Hilarious and Adventurous

White Chicks is a very funny movie. I think everyone should watch this, because this movie makes you want more of what's going on. It's interesting how they put all that makeup on the guys to make them look like the girls, but it really didn't help, because they didn't look too much like them. Plus the guys were to tall and they walked in a manly way. This movie is good for kids that are mature enough to watch movies with cursing. And I would recommend this movie to anyone who has a big family, little family, a couple or someone who likes to laugh a lot.

    White Chicks

This movie is a very great comedy. It has a bunch of thrills and exciting parts. This is by far one of the funniest movies I have ever seen. It is about (in and Shawn Wayne¿s) two undercover cop agents, that have to watch to very rich girls that are supposedly are going to be attacked by someone. But the girls get scratches on their faces and then they stay home while the Wayne¿s brothers dress up to be just like them and go to the Hilton themselves. I knew right at that part that this was going to be a great movie. I was shocked how funny it was when it started getting real deep in the movie. While being at the Hilton they have to maintain there secret as being girls in order for them to really find out who is trying to kill them.
