    6 out of 10

'I know one thing...We find that crazy typewriter, we'll find our kidnapper.' is a great quote by John Candy in this fun-filled film, Who's Harry Crumb?. Very catchy title. Great performance by John Candy. Only John Candy can shine in this role of Harry Crumb despite the fact most of the other actors' performances have been sub-par. The comedy is inconsistent. When the moment arrives for a laugh, it is well worth it. Good lines. Great jokes but far few in this film. Almost a rip-off copy of the film Fletch when I noticed John Candy pulling off jokes while being different characters other than Harry Crumb. One character stands out to be the best disguise is John Candy's Deszu Djizlas. When asked how to spell his name, Deszu Djizlas replied, 'I don't think so. Try it with a 'D'.'. A well-done effort to bring out a typical fun John Candy film. It was worth my time.
