As a filmed accessory to Wynton Marsalis's tenure as the head of Jazz at Lincoln Center, this concert features an extended set between maestro neo-bop trumpeter Marsalis and country and western legend Willie Nelson. Shot over the course of two nights in January 2007, the program finds the said pair deftly blending jazz, blues and country into a unique musical form, with accompaniment by a saxophonist and bassist. Selections include: "Rainy Day Blues," "Stardust," "Night Life," and many more.
