'Yesspeak' is a very good documentary of what seems to be their most favored lineup - Jon Anderson, Chris Squire, Steve Howe, Rick Wakeman, and Alan White - complete with good interviews of all five members (Rick's was the most interesting of all), and nice clips of Yes live on their 35th anniversary tour. The live concert tracks on DVD 2 have still images of the band to accompany the music - it's not a live video of the show (if you want recent vintage live Yes, get the 'Symphonic Yes' DVD).
