After trying a number of videos, books & visiting various professional back people with no sucess i spotted this video at the local library. After the first go at the video i noticed a difference in my chronic back pain, the pain had decreased in intensity.Though pain was still there i could finish a race without feeling like blacking out with pain. THANK U RODNEY YOUR A LIFE SAVER......Q:are there any retailers in australia ( Gold Coast, Queensland )

I find that many yoga tapes are made by people who really do not understand the fundementals of yoga. Rodney does, and he explains them in a way that really encourages one to reach maximum potential. He is also normal and makes sense - he's not a yoga wacko - he really understands what he's doing and how to teach it. He tells you where to concentrate to be able to stretch and move to the fullest. This video has honed my flexibility and reflexes - two very important aspects of my volunteer job - Search and Rescue.

This one is rigorous even for the conditioned athlete. At 60 minutes, you will have a good stretch and a good sweat going. But Rodney and his associates gently guide you through the exercises. HIGHLY recommended.

I am an avid tennis player, however, I found myself getting injuries I knew could have been prevented. After reading several other reviews I purchased Rodney Yee's, "Yoga Conditioning for Athletes" and have been very happy with the results. In no time, my old injuries were aleviated, my strength and flexibility have increased tenfold and I have had no new injuries. I workout with the DVD at least 4x a week and use the mini workout everytime I play tennis. My son and husband also started working out with the DVD and enjoy the benefits as well. I truely recommend this DVD to any athlete at any level.

This is a wonderful tape that I always turn to when I have sore muscles or an injury of some sort. It would be fabulous for anyone with back problems. It's slow and gentle and concentrates on realigning your body, especially the back, and getting a nice, overall stretch throughout the body. Modifications are shown for all poses, and you don't need to have previous yoga experience to do this. It's a good relaxation tape as well.
