Very very insightful! Really liked this and thought it was good for all levels

So I've been reading alot about all of the benefits of yoga and I thought it was just like stretching but it's not. Israel explains that it's about linking your breath to each position so that you release your thoughts. Pretty cool. Did the DVD a few times and definitely made me feel better. Bought it for Christmas for 2 totally stressed-out friends.
