The first section demonstrates an aerobic yoga routine designed to build power and endurance and includes variations on the sun salutation, the dog pose, and the triangle pose. The second workout is an advanced goal-setting yoga series that is meant be learned and practiced over time and is not recommended for beginners. Yee's form and control demonstrating difficult poses such as the crane and the pendulum is truly inspiring. This video is a must-have for serious yoga practitioners.
