    Greatest program for arthritics

I have arthritis and fibromyalgia and this program is the easiest I have come across yet. It can be modified for almost everyone. I have never felt so good.

    New to Yoga

I have never liked exercise, but I really enjoy doing the Yoga routines shown on this DVD. I have found that I notice the difference in how I feel when I skip a few days. Being out of shape and middle-aged, this is the perfect exercise for me! Peggy's easy instructions and soothing voice make it a very relaxing experience. I look forward to trying her other Yoga DVDs.

The most helpful yoga routine for those who probably neet it the most.

After my first veiwing of this program, I really didn't think it could do much for anyone. Looked too simple. Well, after I actually tried it, I realized this was EXACTLY where I needed to start. The modifications shown for various positions are excellent. Most "beginners" tapes are too advanced for those of us that have back problems, etc..... this one truly is for the rest of us! Thanks, Peggy!

    We can all do Yoga

I have always wanted to try Yoga. Being someong who is overweight, I never found a video program that made it easy for those of us who are not as flexable as the rest. That is until now. Peggy has created an exercise routine that is easy to follow, modified and in not intimidating. Now, we can all practice yoga and gain its benifits.

"Yoga for the rest of us" should have been called "Yoga for infirm dummies"

I was extremely dissapointed in this Yoga video. I was looking for a video that gave a basic Yoga workout for beginners. Instead, I found a video which showed a lot of Peggy Cappy -- Peggy Cappy talking, talking, talking about Yoga in an aggravating, mind-numbing tone, and very little actual Yoga. The people in the video were not just beginners - they were fresh from the old folk's home. They actually seemed quite spry despite their ages, which makes me wonder why they would waste their golden years standing around listening to Peggy Cappy simper when they could be out playing shuffleboard with their senior citizen friends. When Peggy Cappy finally got to the actual Yoga portion of the video, she went quite quickly through the poses, which belied her premise that this Yoga video was for those inacapable of doing a traditional Yoga class. While "Yoga... rest of us" might be appropriate for the very elderly or handicapped, don't waste your money on it if you're just looking for a beginner's video.
