If you only have a little time, this is the DVD for you. If you want a through, balanced yoga practice combine all three 20-minute practices and you've got it. The pacing is steady and consistent. The verbal cues are easy to follow even it you can't see the screen. The instruction offers alternatives for beginners or physically challenged students but with enough subtlety to keep the experienced student engaged. The yogic principles of self-acceptance and equanimity come through without any new age feel. I love this DVD and use it frequently.

If anyone has ever considered yoga, this is the PERFECT way to do it. As I would recommend with any exercise type video, watch it first, then do it. I have numerous dvd's, but like to mix it up a little, so I bought Morning, Noon, & Night. It is very easy, and though I think more for beginners, it is also great for relaxation yoga. The pace is excellent, Jason describes the poses very well, uses the sanskrit names as well as the common names of each pose, gives excellent instruction on each pose, warns you not to do more than your body tells you to do, yet, instructs for a more advanced pose, as well. He has the perfect voice, tone, tempo, etc. for a relaxation class. Still have doubts? You can find a few clips of Jason's classes on the internet. He has a sense of humor (which shows very subtly in this video) and recognizes people have different abilities, different breathing rates, and,well, just that people are different. Though my skills are more advanced than this dvd, I use it every other day for relaxation yoga. I will definitely be purchasing his other dvd,and look forward to any additional ones he puts out. LOVE THIS. BUY IT! And no, Jason is not a personal friend of mine that I am endorsing as a favor. This is by far my favorite yoga dvd.
