I teach hot yoga and students complain about slipping on the mat. I tried these socks in a non-heated yoga class and thought they were ok. I found my feet getting hot rather quickly and the toes were a little long for me. I did, however give them to someone who loved them. I wished the toes were also covered with the little rubber bubbles.

I also use these for Tae Kwon Do when its cold. They provide a breatheable warmth for my feet without slipping when I stretch or kick.

These are a terrific idea. My only recommendation is for a few ventilation holes on the sides and/or top.
