Yoga Zone: Conditioning & Stress Release

( 2 )

Overview

The creator of Yoga Zone, Alan Finger, leads the viewer through a workout that focuses on conditioning the body and relieving stress. The DVD offers a standard full-frame transfer. The English soundtrack is just fine for a disc of this type. There are no supplemental materials of any consequence, but this disc will still be worthwhile for those at any fitness level, although beginners should find it more difficult than others.

    Great for beginners!

I had never done yoga before when my boss recommended this tape. The instructor took into account those who might not be that flexible and showed ways to accommodate weak knees and backs. Every time I do the routine, I can feel the stress of the day just melting away. I am stronger and more flexible now than I was even in my teens. The difference is remarkable. Now I recommend this tape to all my friends.

    No More Back Pain!

For 12 years I have suffered with cronic back pain. After surgery, numerous trips for physical therapy, muscle ralexers, & pain medication were a daily occurance for me. A friend suggest I try her Yoga Zone Conditioning & Stress Release video. I was very skeptical (I had tried everything). To my surprise I felt better immediately after finishing the 1st session with this tape. Some of the yoga positions feel so wonderful for my back. Finally after 12 years I am virtually pain free! Thanks Alan Finger & Yoga Zone.
