If you just want the basic bones, no spiritual attachments... just the yoga &amp quot workout&amp quot this is a great dvd... great for all levels!

This yoga dvd is a great all around workout for the entire body. It helps if you have some experience with yoga poses before trying this one but there is ample instruction for beginners also. If you are a beginner you might want to work up to this dvd as it is challenging. I feel wonderful after doing the workout and its part of a regular cross training routine.

I am a workout video junky; I likely have about 30 different ones. Yoga is my newest obsession, since I felt I should balance out all the hours spent lifting and doing cardio at the gym. This tape is GREAT!!! It is adaptable to any level and the instructor explains the positions very well. Her voice and the scenery really makes the workout enjoyable; and believe me this is a WORKOUT! You are repeatedly taken through a series of postures where you have ample time to perfect both your breathing and your form. Trust me, you will work up a great sweat that will leave you tingling when it's over.

I am really into working out and love anything new and challenging. I never thought that Yoga would actually make such a difference in my body. After having my 1st baby, doing this tape in addition to my normal workouts I'm in better shape than I was before I got pregnant! I highly recommend this workout.
