I had trouble with the beginner yoga tape, but this one I find very helpful. I like Al as an instructor better than as a demonstrator. Overall, this is a must-have in the yoga-zone collection.

I have a number of yoga DVDs, but find myself reaching for this one more than most. I expected this title to be pretty mellow, but both sessions are a good mix of workout and stretching for any time of day.

I love this DVD. I own most of the Yoga Zone series and this is my favorite. Jen is one of the best Yoga Zone instructors. Her calm, soothing voice and easy friendly manner make you feel relaxed. Her instruction is excellent. Jean is also excellent as a demonstrator. I have been practicing yoga for about a year between 4 and 6 days a week. I could do this workout everyday, but I rotate my DVDs. But this one in particular, is the one I turn to most. I simply love it and always feel more energized after doing it and ready for more. Then I'll pop in another workout, or two!

Ok you have this dvd called Sunrise and Sunset. I fingured there would be yoga to help you get up in the morning and start your day and in the evening they would be something of a relaxing nature to do. However, sunrise and sunset are neither. They are two routines that have nothing to do with either getting up and/or sleeping. Both take place in on an island in daylight and both are somewhat difficult. Not what I would call Sunrise and Sunset.
