My daughter loves to do adult yoga videos with me, but she only makes it for about 10 min then gets bored or distracted. She LOVES this video! She was excited for the next letter and proud of the moves and poses that she accomplishes. I especially love the Namaste song -- the video teaches healthy love for oneself and others. I don't think Marsha is corny at all -- she's wonderful!! I enjoy doing this video too!

I adore this video and so does my daughter (18 months). She asks for "yoga" every single day. She runs into her room and grabs her mat and lays it down and gets ready for the video. She has learned many of her letters and can say all the animals and poses in the video. From a professional position, what a great and healthy habit for my child to learn! I originally bought this video for use at work. Yes, Marsha is a little corny for the adults in the room, but the reaction that my daughter has to the video and the calming effect it has on her is WELL worth it!

My daughter loves this video and asks for it several times a day. Even my 6 and 8 year old get into it, but not as much. My husband and I think the instructor is kind of silly, but the kids love it.
