This program combines hatha yoga with pilates. I was somewhat disappointed to finish the DVD realizing that I already use the majority of this program in my daily yoga routine... the majority of the pilates part seemed to be in section one. However, it's 45 quick minutes of relaxing stretching and core training that feels really great AND it's very easy to do. An individual who isn't very flexible or a novice to yoga or pilates will be able to perform this whole DVD easily and feel accomplished after.
If you've never done pilates and experienced yoga only on your own (TV, books, etc.) or in a class, I suggest the next level up to intermediate (unless you're just looking for a new routine). I didn't find this DVD very challenging nor did it present me with new info and I've only done yoga on my own from TV programs.
