Enjoyed this book! It was a good read and most of the story happens around my hometown. Enjoyed revisiting it! Loved the "crochet along patterns!"

Not quite what I had hoped

I found it to be like crochet patterns - very wordy, but without the payoff of having a crocheted product to show for the time spent.

Characterization was bland. What I found the most interesting was the description of the convention and the designing. Otherwise, not my cup of tea.

    A good rainy day read

As a crocheter, I enjoyed the different patterns created. The story is a bit campy, a good way to escape the trials of the day. Cute.
