A lot of people don’t know the iconic movie of E.T. was originally a novel by William Kotzwinkle. If you read this don’t expect it to be like the movie. Nonetheless it is satiristically entertaining as is the sequel E. T.: The Book of the Green Planet. Read both of these books and you will never look at alien life the same way again.
