This book helps a great deal with the unique issues that face women in the work world. The book empowers the reader to ask questions about themself which in turn leads to more awareness in business, career and life. My eyes were opened!

I read this book when I was in the midst of a career crossroads and author Nicole William's words were exactly what I needed to take the switch and actually earn what I'm worth! I also attended one of her workshops and she is completely invigorating and enthusiastic about what she teaches.
