    Summer entertaining at its best.

Tanya Eby does it again with Easy Does It - a great romantic comedy (aka chick lit) about a girl named Julie is ready to get over her rocker ex-boyfriend by posting an online ad to attract a date. Julie creates a pseudonym "Easy Lady" and goes on a date with "Dan the Man". She expects nothing more from the date than a one night stand. That is where her plans go on their own path.

Easy Does It is a great summer read filled with wonderful characters, humor and food to die for. I would love it in Tanya's next book to actually give the recipes for all of this wonderful food! Though if that happens, I bet I will pack on a few pounds - so that might not be a great idea after all.
