This is a simple cookbook for gluten free baking. I have sensitivities to more than gluten that this book addresses where others have not. The recipes do not cover almost a whole page of ingredients.

As a newly diagnosed Celiac, I longed for the baked goods I could no longer have. No longer! I've tried many of these recipes and they have all resulted in good-tasting treats! I highly recommend it.

I picked up this book at my local B&N. I am very, very pleased with it. The recipes are OUTSTANDING! They are really easy-to-use and create delicious baked goods. Everything I have tried has been delicious. Plus, it is great that the book has a spiral binding. It stays open when I bake!

Use it, Love it, I can't wait for her next book. She has a talent. The coffee cake was the best i have ever had...wheat or not. My family who can eat wheat were fighting over the crumbs. A gluten free masterpiece.
