Great book for someone familiar with the plan and looking for easy recipes. A lot of variety and great use of spices. Love that she included all the calorie information and full menu plans. Excellent resource!

This is my first time reading any diet book. I was impressed with the information she gave on the diet and how it works. I LOVE the recipes in this book! Not only were they great but they gave me the guideline to stay in and I was able to come up with recipes of my own. The smoothies are so yummy I don't feel like they are diet. If you are thinking about doing the Hcg diet, this book it for you.

Won't teach you the diet to perfection... U must still know your protocol but definitely gives a quick overview and great recipes for phase 2. Definitely recommend.

The person who said this diet is unhealthy because of 500 calories a day is an idiot. The HCG diet is prescribed by a doctor and COUPLED with the HCG hormone it is PERFECTLY 100% safe and effective. Understand what you're talking about before you go giving people advice. This book is helpful and resourceful, but make sure you are using HCG with it.

I have tried several of the receipes in this book and found them to be excellent. I especially like the Chicken Cabbage Soup. Definitely worth the time to check out.
