Over 80 pages of recipes with color pictures of the finished item. Recipes seem to be easy to prepare. The only draw-back and criticism I have is that some of the ingredient amounts are listed in the metric system rather than the basic cup, ounces, etc that many of us are used to. It's easy enough to convert is you type in grams to ounces, ml to ounces or ml to tbsp, cm to inches, etc within the search engine of your computer. Overall, this is a great free book find.

Recipes are okay, but I think this should have been labeled as measurements being listed in metric if it was going to be sold in the US. I want recipes that I can just look at in the book & make. I don't want to spend a lot of time at the computer converting & rewriting the recipe so it's useful for me. Because of this, I'll probably never use this book.
