I've made several recipes from this book, and I'm very happy with it. Each recipe has a photograph, which makes all the food look very appetizing. Additionally, I love that the recipes are based on foods from around the world- Indian, Spanish, Italian, Moroccan, etc. The book includes soups, salads, light meals/snacks, main courses, and desserts.

For health reasons, our entire family (eleven people in three different homes) has chosen to change to a vegan diet. This book was the first one purchased and has already proven to be invaluable. All of us have lost weight within one week and feel remarkably better. Sleeping better with more energy throughout the day. Easy receipts that are packed with flavor and satiate even the heavy eaters.
