The food you will learn how to cook from this book will be so good that you might actually ‘convert’ people to your diet.‘The burgers were amazing…. Can’t stop eating them’- C. BaileyThis book has brought together the best of the best, crème de la crème as the French would call it. You had no idea how good vegetarian food can get! With the recipes in this book you’ll be more than ready to present an entirely vegetarian menu to your family! Let’s see if they actually miss the meat products!Being a vegetarian is a choice you made for your health. Congratulations, you’re already on the path to becoming healthier and happier. Some may say you even have more chances of living longer. And the number of people who have stated this is overwhelming.  Do you want to know how to have a beautiful skin? Do you want to know how to loose weight? Do you want to know how to have more energy? The answer to all these questions (and more) is HEALTHY DIET. And a vegetarian diet is one of your choices. Sometimes, people tend to ban you from their lives on the basis of your food choice. And this is not right. You didn’t ban your husband when you went vegetarian, right? Most likely, you either made this step together or you cooked separate meals.  So why would your co-workers avoid asking you out for lunch just because you don’t eat dead animals? Nowadays, almost every respectable restaurant has a vegetarian option, so that everyone gets out of there pleased. Nutrition should be one of our biggest concerns. Without good nutrition, we cannot be healthy. And good nutrition involves getting a bit of everything: proteins, vitamins, calcium, etc.  Still, when your menu automatically rules out meat, you automatically rule out a long list protein sources.  You shouldn’t worry though: there’s another long list behind it that will replace it and it is consisted of products even a vegetarian could eat. And when you learn how to cook with these vegetarian ingredients, you’ve got the world at your feet!If you thought that vegetarian recipes are boring salads, then think again. There is a HUGE range of things you can cook without meat and still get 100% satisfaction out of your food when it comes to its taste. Whoever told you vegetarian food is tasteless, he/she lied! There’s nothing more delicious than what Mother Earth has to offer, without us getting her precious sons and daughters killed. Remember that dairy and cheese are still allowed in a vegetarian diet, so that you can get all the nutrients you need and enjoy the amazing taste of vegetarianism.Choosing not to eat meat products is not a fad diet. It is a choice you made not because Angelina Jolie also made it. It is a choice you made because you either don’t like the taste of meat, or you felt like you needed to say stop to all the animal killing. Download today and support your choice of being a vegetarian with new and amazing recipes!

Meet the Author

“Doing all the little tricky things it takes to grow up, step by step, into an anxious and unsettling world.” Sylvia Plath

Use our step by step process to learn and grow both professionally, and personally. And don’t worry you won’t end up putting your head in an oven like Sylvia Plath. The end result will be more akin to the brilliance of a quote like that, not the end result of its author’s life. Wizards Books self-help series is the thing you need to educate you on a variety of topics.

However Sylvia Plath was right in her assertion about the ways of the world, most things in life need to be done step-by-step. We have enhanced that age old rule, and with step-by-step wizard books we teach the masses to rein in their creativity in all types of fields, and take it a step at a time.

Have you often thought, your imagination is spent, you’re sick and tired of never achieving your real potential, you’re stuck in a rut, where do you go from here? The Step-by-step series can help you get out of all that, and achieve positive real world results in any field.

We distill information, so you get a concise picture of what needs to be done. Unlike any other self-help book out there, step-by-step guides you through whatever process you seek to learn, and instead of just giving you information, they help you grow as an individual.

    HEALTHY FOOD

This time Stephen Williams gives us advice and tips about healthy food. It's true, almost everyone loves meat, but we can also find enjoyment in eating vegetarian food.
Infact, we're very lucky, because on our planet there are so many and natural foods we can eat. "Vegetarian is better" is the motto of many people, who have decided to completely abandon meat and anything with animal origin: among them, we can find many movie stars and singers, who have chosen a new lifestyle, respecting animals. They have chosen natural food: veggies and fruits are the protagonists of this book, that gives you the chance to discover new and delightful recipes. Stephen Williams suggests this book to everybody, vegetarians and not, just to help them changing their cooking and eating styles.
We know that a right diet should be make up of all kinds of food, without overlooking anything. But, if you will buy Williams' book, you will discover new tastes, just to revive your cooking. You can find different recipes, and will see that they're very easy to make. Infact, once again Williams' writing style is so easy to comprehend, because he wants you to start a new and healthy path. Personally, I'm not a vegetarian, but I'm really curious to start preparing some new recipes, using veggies and fruits: you can even make cakes, which can be healthier, since you will use very fresh foods. This book really makes you hungry, with its recipes full of simplicity and good taste at the same time, making it a great book in your personal collection.

One of my best friends is a vegetarian and I wanted to be able to have some recipes on hand to make for her when she came over. My biggest worry as someone who uses a protein in most of my cooking was that something would be lacking to my non vegetarian meal goers when I cooked. Thanks to Easy Vegetarian Recipes: Recipes For Healthy Living by Stephen Williams I have been able to make everyone happy.

The recipes themselves are well written and easy to follow. The first ones I made were a big hit with my picky eating husband who is a big meat eater. Once I tried them out on him I invited my friend over to try some of my vegetarian fare. She was so happy! It was very gratifying to be able to serve her something that was well made and not just the afterthought vegetarian option.

My only wish for this book was that that it was indexed a little better for being able to go back to the recipes I liked best. However over all that does not affect the readability or enjoyment of the book. Anyone who is vegetarian knows one or just wants to eat healthier would do well with this book.

In line with the prevalent attitude of the society today in which healthy lifestyle is the "in" thing, having this recipe book is very useful.

This book is not just for vegetarians, this is also for those who eat not just the greens and all other colors which give the vitamins and minerals our body needs. This book gives us a new take on veggies especially if one wants a variety on their plates with the easy recipes the book offers.

I am not a vegetarian and I don't have plans of being one in the near future but I do employ a healthy diet in my gastronomic palette. If you look at the food pyramid, veggies are in the bottom and have the biggest percentage in what a person should have in his/her daily intake. While other food groups have each of their own level of percentage with their own nutritional value, veggies are very important as they have the biggest share in the percentage.

The recipes I got from this book are all tasty and delicious, far from the popular belief that greens are bland and most of the times tasteless. I suppose the writer wants his readers to see vegetarianism in a different light and the food vegetarians eat are not tedious and uninteresting. He wants to reiterate that eating vegetables can be enjoyable aside from the fact that they are also nutritious. Plus the Vegan Recipes included in this book do have a twist!

This is also a fun read for me and the cooking procedures are actually pretty easy to follow. The writer presented the recipes and procedures in a way that it is as if he is a friend conversing to another friend.

I just hope that the writer presents more recipes as I am interested in knowing more.

I would definitely recommend this to my friends. I would even give this book as a gift to my friends who have the inclination to live healthy just like I do.

Well I have to say that this book is a great read if you are someone that does not eat meat.

I actually eat meat, but I like to look at some of these recipes to get an idea about how to make a few green foods or meals that I can use for my dishes. I know a few people that do not eat meat, so if I am cooking for them I would love to have a few ideas.

This is a great book to get if you are stuck and you find yourself making the same foods over and over. I loved reading this book, because it gave me a lot of great ideas and some new recipes to try with my friends. I am going to give this book to my friends so that they can have a nice little guide as well.

I think that this is a great guide for all to read even if you are not a vegetarian, because you will get a lot of great recipes when it comes to cooking different foods that you may want to try or cooking for friends of yours. You should always have a nice guide to help you cook different foods when you are trying to add to your dish or help others.

This was a great book and I hope that others find it and read it as well. I would love to hear other views on this book and what recipes they like.
