A mother of three, qualified chef and health nut, she knows what it's like to struggle with weight issues, especially after childbirth. She understands the challenges many Mums face, such as limited time, not being able to get to the gym and the struggle to cook healthy meals for the family. With her combined passions and own history of weight struggles, she has helped to formulate the diet plan at Easy Weight Loss Online. Her approach is clean, wholesome foods that aid the body to function at it's maximum, and help it stay naturally slender with minimal effort.
After her interests in health took full flight, she took on training with Le Cordon Bleu culinary school to fuel her passion for cuisine and to gain a better understanding of the culinary arts. Through developing and ‘living' the EWLOL program, Courtenay has successfully regained her pre-baby weight within weeks of childbirth. She's now not only a much healthier, happier person and a more energetic Mother to her daughters' but - also a passionate marathon runner, with another marathon The New York City Marathon planned in November 2012.
Courtenay endured a battle with her weight, compounded by Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, a hormonal disorder commonly associated with weight gain and obesity. Committed to changing this situation, she undertook extensive personal research into specific foods and their effects on weight, particularly with regard to hormonal imbalances. With dietitian business partner Chris Hutton, what eventually resulted is this unique, tried-and-tested plan to lose weight and keep it off.
