The information is super helpful about not only the foods we should be eating but how to encourage my children to eat healthy and be healthy is worth the cost of this book. My children are young and i want to give them a good start in their eating habits. I can feel the difference in my mood and energy and i love it. This is the first book i bought in the series because i wasnt sure i could make the change but i loved it so much that ive bought two more books in the series. This book really is a great book for starting out with clean eating for yourself and your family, especially if your not adventerous with foods like i am or if your kids and husband complain about eating vegtables. This book not only gives you good recipies but the basic rules of eating clean so you can use them in your daily life and not always looking for a recipie to be healthy, this really is a great book, if you love food and being healthy youll love this book as well.

I purchased this book because I wanted my son and I to become healthy eaters. My son is five and 90% of the recipes are not kid friendly. The information about healthy eating and the knowledge that it gives you about food is great!

This book is wonderful and has completely changed my relationship with food and hopefully soon my family's as well. Unfortunately I had a lot of trouble reading it on my nook (trouble turning pages, bullet lists not visible). I'm glad it didn't cost a lot because I will be purchasing a hard copy so I can fully enjoy it and reap all the benefits.

I love this book and how she presents it. The key is to eat real foods and avoid things that have been processed. To raise your kids eating real foods, avoiding fast foods and also that the parent leads the way not the child. That is how Ms. Reno presents it and very good advice. Delicious recipes and many can be tweaked or served deconstructed. I refuse to give my kids junk simply so that they will eat. This provides sound advice and ways to make transitions easier.

I just bought this book for my nook. The advice is adequate, but I cannot read the bullet points which often highlights important information. I would not waste my money.
