    A Must Read for the average Man

    This book breaks down what the average man needs to do to be healthy and stay healthy. Just reading this book and applying some of its common sense techniques help me lose 10 pounds instantly. I feel better than I have in the past 5 to 7 years. I liked the book so much that I have passed it on to my family members. Eating clean is a life style choice and not a diet!

    Great recipes!

    I have several books from the Eat Clean diet and mainly bought this one for the recipes. I have been doing the Eat Clean diet (lifestyle) for going on 4 months now and have lost weight in the process. I highly recommend the Chili Chicken Kabobs! Another thing I really like about Tosca's books is that she has a picture for every recipe thats in them. Major plus for me.

    Book Review of the Eat-Clean Diet for Men

    This book perked my interest from the outset with the forward written by Jack LaLanne, a person I was in awe of since childhood on the way he kept fit and taught others of this way of living as well.

    Robert Kennedy & Tosca Reno get down to brass tacks immediately on what it means to eat clean, which is to rely on non-processed whole foods for nutrition while inserting exercise into your daily lives. The rest of the book is how-to in very understandable terminology along with recipe ideas that can easily be incorporated normal circumstances.

    The important premise laid out is that this is a lifestyle change rather than a "diet" that you turn on and off. I am already seeing results having just started this way of being and hope others take the opportunity to learn how to " Eat Clean" for life...
