Great book that makes it easy, even with a busy family life!

Though I am a fairly seasoned cook already, Eat In, Not Out was a great refresh! I now have some great ideas to make dinner time a less stressful occurrence in my household. The author reminds us that little things can make a big difference in producing delicious flavors that the whole family will enjoy.

I also enjoyed the heartfelt stories of little ones and spouses, making this book much more than an instructional guide to tasty dishes...

I was given Eat In Not Out and found it to be a great resource for new cooks and people who want to deepen their understanding on how to cook more comfortably. The format is short chapters ranging from basic nutrition to meal planning and understanding different recipe terms. The tips and tricks are especially helpful to building dishes that are healthy and delicious. I recommend Eat In Not Out to people who want to cook more without being restricted to a recipe. It is an excellent addition to any kitchen!
