    I suppose if you lived in a very large city you could find the brands he is talking about but I live in a town of about 21,000 and none of his brands are carried here. So it was a waste of money for me.

    Highly Recommended, Excellent

    If you eat a lot of processed foods either from the grocery store or from a franchise restaurant, and still are concerned about healthy eating, then this is a must-have book. A great guide to eating foods low in sodium, sugar, fats and calories while you can still enjoy dining out or preparing processed foods. Eat It to Beat is a great guide on where to enjoy foods such as burgers, pizzas, French fries, smoothies, Mexican food, Chinese Food, and chicken entries that are tasty but low in sodium, sugar, and trans fats. The book also lists the healthiest foods that most of us purchase from the grocery store without much thought about healthy eating such as soda, soup, cheese, yogurt, cookies, crackers and cereal. This book is especially a must if you want to avoid restaurant items that may contain as much as 6,000 mgs of sodium in one entrée. All food items in the book list the calories, and the amount of sugar, saturated fat, sodium, protein, and fiber to help in choosing the healthiest choices.
