Bestselling cookbook author Marlene Koch is known as a "magician in the kitchen" for her extraordinary ability to create amazingly healthy yet unbelievably delicious recipes.     Great book!!!

    This book doesn't just pay attention to calories and fat (normal diet tactics) but carbs and sodium as well! As someone on a very restricted low sodium diet, I hoped to be able to use only some of the recipes, while expecting to have to modify them to meet my needs. Imagine my surprise, when I realized I can use them all, without changing a thing! Best of all, my husband and son eat them all, without comments about "diet food" or "where's the salt shaker?"
