This book makes so much sense. It's basically a pocket guide of why you're always feeling tired, moody, have dry hair, dry skin, bloating, or any number of day to day problems. We eat so badly!

Eat Pretty is a gentle (and gorgeous) reminder that we are what we eat and we have the ability to make ourselves beautiful from the inside out. Pick this up so you can start feeling better already!
