    Easy to follow

Finally a book that is very visual for those who don't want to read a heavy book on nutrition. It is about time there was a book that is a response to "Eat this not that". This book explains how important "natural" food is and how unhealthy processed food is. For the person who doesn't want to spend too much time reading but want to learn about nutrition and health, this book is especially for you.
