Editorial Reviews

From Barnes & Noble

What began as a series of articles in Men's Health magazine has become a food revolution. In five years, David Zinczenko and Matt Goulding's Eat This, Not That ! books have changed family eating habits and, in some cases, chain food menus. Based on the belief that we can find healthy alternatives to the foods we love, the series zeroes in on the restaurant and supermarket foods that we just can't resist and then offers something equally appealing with less caloric and fat baggage. A paperback that pays for itself in health.

Shouldn't _Be Classified As A "Medical Book"

A biography is not a medical book. Example of a new, rock solid medical book is 'The Obesity Reality: A Comprehensive Approach to a Growing Problem'. Medical books should be based on extensive research and medical expertise, not hearsay. Being a medical professional (I'm a licensed ultrasound technician), I am shocked to see 'Eat This Not That' listed here as a medical book.
