This book is so good I lent it to my son and his wife---I haven't seen it since! I think I am going to have to buy a second copy for myself!!!!!

As one who is embarking on a personal diet plan, I found this book to be well organized and the accompanying photos to be very helpful. Highly recommend this book and the whole Eat This, Not That! series; especially if you tend to "eat on the go" or travel a lot. This book can help you keep your diet plan in line. Sweet!

It's a great series to have if you are trying to eat and cook healthier. It is jam packed with info of what to order while eating out- hidden dangers - it's not only eye opening, it is full of surprises and tips on what your best bets are while eating at your favorite places. I am so glad I picked the first copy up, I have changed the way I order food because of this series.
